Coming from a background in Mental health, Melinda needed a change.
Melinda moved to the Gold Coast in 2016 and started her career as a Real Estate Agent then fell into the role of property manager for a few clients, which saw her business grow.
She loves the work/life balance, the freedom along with the flexibly that she can adapt for a healthier and happier lifestyle. Guests love her friendly nature approach and how willing she is to make their stay perfect. She is passionate about travel property and fitness and has traveled to over 30 countries.
Melinda has experience in operating and managing a very large portfolio of holiday rental properties You can be rest assured that you are in safe, successful and genuine hands with Melinda as your property manager.
