This fully furnished two-bedroom upscale apartment is located in Chevron Rennaisance – Surfer’s Paradise luxury and popular resort complex. Its prime location makes it very attractive to visitors all year round.
Furnished and designed with only guest’s comfort in mind, this apartment exudes a homey vibe. The top to ceiling windows gives the unit an abundance of natural light.
It has a large living space perfect for relaxation, enjoyment, and unwinding.
The unit boasts of a balcony that offers stunning views and that has a small table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. This is the perfect place to drink coffee in the mornings or to enjoy the beautiful views while drinking some wine in the evenings.
The modern kitchen is well stocked and equipped with all the appliances we believe guests would need to make their perfect meals at the comfort of the unit.
The master bedroom has one queen bed and t.v What makes this truly spectacular is that the master has a small balcony that also offers beautiful canal views. The second bedroom has two single beds and a canal view too.
There is one full bath in the unit. We want to make sure that our guests would have the perfect stay so we make sure that we provide towels, linens, sheets, and pillows. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and other toiletries.
Guests will have access to a vast resort amenities including a fitness center, gym, BBQ area, and Indoor and outdoor lap pools
Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre is in the same complex. It is the biggest shopping center boutique in Gold Coasts with an amazing array of shops, restaurants, bars, and other entertainment options.
Getting around is a breeze as Cavill Avenue station is just under a 4-minute walk on foot. Surfers Paradise bus stop is also nearby. There is an abundance of taxis and Ubers in the area. This makes the apartment the perfect base for guests to explore the city and the surrounding areas.
1. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations 28 days before check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in.
If you cancel within 28 days, a refund will only be provided if the property is rebooked for the same dates and rate, minus a $150 admin fee and any non-refundable credit card fees.
3. Identification Verification:
Upon booking, you must provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) and a selfie with the credit card used for the booking, showing the last 4 digits and the cardholder’s name.
If payment is made via direct debit, a selfie is not required.
4. Right to Cancel:
The property manager reserves the right to cancel any bookings, especially if the required ID and selfie verification is not provided or if the details do not match the booking information.
5. Additional Fees:
A cleaning fee will apply for stays longer than 28 days.
Credit card fees of 1.43% apply.
6. Noise and Events:
No loud noise, parties, or events of any kind are permitted. Guests under 25 are not allowed to book. Quiet hours are from 10 pm.
7. Security Call-Out Fees:
First call-out by security: $100 charge.
Second call-out: $500 charge and immediate eviction.
Neighbor complaints or calls to security/police will result in forfeiture of the bond and applicable charges.
If a security officer has concerns about noise or activities, they have the right to enter the property to ensure compliance with the booking contract.
Unauthorized guests will result in forfeiture of the entire bond and immediate eviction.
8. Pets:
Pets must be pre-approved and will incur a charge of $30 per night per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
You must clean up after your pets, or a $150 fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

9. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee to remove odors from the house and linens.
10. Cleanliness:
The property must be left in good condition, with furniture returned to its original position.
All rubbish must be disposed of in outside bins, and dishes must be washed and put away. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
11. Unauthorized Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made. Unauthorized guests will be charged $30 per person, per night.
12. Late Check-Out, Early check in:
Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. A $60 per hour fee will apply for delays without prior approval.
Early Check in from $60, we can only approve this the day before check in
13. Lock-Out Fees:
Lock-out fees start at $70 before 6 pm and increase to $150 after 6 pm.
14. Lost Keys and Fobs:
Charges for lost keys or fobs range from $50 to $200, depending on the item.
