It offers a magnificent and impressive overlooking view of Surfers Paradise and Budds Beach but is still within walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is the ideal base for relaxation and comfort for everyone.
Offering an expansive and spacious space, this double-story four bedrooms fully furnished villa is the epitome of luxury and pleasure. It boasts of a gourmet kitchen, modern dining, and living area which opens up to an alfresco entertainment space that provides an overlooking view of the beach.
To maximize the experience of luxury and enjoyment, only the top-quality furnishings and appliances adorn this magnificent unit. Topping it all off, there is a brand new 7 seater outdoor spa available so guests can truly enjoy the beautiful scenery while having a few drinks.
The kitchen is decked with modern appliances with glasses, plates, coffee machine, oven stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, and utensils so guests can create their own spectacular dishes at the comfort of home. It also has its own washer and dryer.
The lower floor has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The master’s bedroom located on the second floor has its own ensuite with a spa bath, a walk-in closet and its own private balcony.
We made sure that only high quality and premium linens, sheets, pillows and towels are used to maximize customer comfort and enjoyment. We also offer a one time complimentary essential kit of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee and tea. Guests can find groceries nearby if they need to buy more during their stay.
Ample storage space is also provided for luggage and other souvenirs that guests may fancy buying during their stay.
The house can also fit two cars in the parking space.
For water sports enthusiasts, the villa has its own private jetty to moor your boat or jetski. Guests can also use the kayak, 2 new life vests and fishing rods to their heart’s content.
Given its central location, guests can find a wide array of choices of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and nightlife that are all within walking distance from the villa.

1. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations 28 days before check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in.
If you cancel within 28 days, a refund will only be provided if the property is rebooked for the same dates and rate, minus a $150 admin fee and any non-refundable credit card fees.
3. Identification Verification:
Upon booking, you must provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) and a selfie with the credit card used for the booking, showing the last 4 digits and the cardholder’s name.
If payment is made via direct debit, a selfie is not required.
4. Right to Cancel:
The property manager reserves the right to cancel any bookings, especially if the required ID and selfie verification is not provided or if the details do not match the booking information.
5. Additional Fees:
A cleaning fee will apply for stays longer than 28 days.
Credit card fees of 1.43% apply.
6. Noise and Events:
No loud noise, parties, or events of any kind are permitted. Guests under 25 are not allowed to book. Quiet hours are from 10 pm.
7. Security Call-Out Fees:
First call-out by security: $100 charge.
Second call-out: $500 charge and immediate eviction.
Neighbor complaints or calls to security/police will result in forfeiture of the bond and applicable charges.
If a security officer has concerns about noise or activities, they have the right to enter the property to ensure compliance with the booking contract.
Unauthorized guests will result in forfeiture of the entire bond and immediate eviction.
8. Pets:
Pets must be pre-approved and will incur a charge of $30 per night per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
You must clean up after your pets, or a $150 fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

9. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee to remove odors from the house and linens.
10. Cleanliness:
The property must be left in good condition, with furniture returned to its original position.
All rubbish must be disposed of in outside bins, and dishes must be washed and put away. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
11. Unauthorized Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made. Unauthorized guests will be charged $30 per person, per night.
12. Late Check-Out, Early check in:
Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. A $60 per hour fee will apply for delays without prior approval.
Early Check in from $60, we can only approve this the day before check in
13. Lock-Out Fees:
Lock-out fees start at $70 before 6 pm and increase to $150 after 6 pm.
14. Lost Keys and Fobs:
Charges for lost keys or fobs range from $50 to $200, depending on the item.
