This suite offers the perfect base for families and friends who want to explore the sights and sounds of the area while being very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and entertainment. Straight across the road from the casino, Oasis shopping center, and 5 min walk to Pacific Fair.
Situated in the heart of Broadbeach – known for its relaxed atmosphere, stylish shopping areas, and a thriving dining and events neighbourhood, this 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartment has been impeccably designed and furnished with only the comfort and relaxation of guests in mind.
It offers a spacious living space with a large screen TV in the lounge area for guest entertainment. It also has a large balcony that offers a charming view of the ocean and the chic Broadbeach lifestyle. There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen so guests can whip up their own delicious meals at the comfort of the apartment. There is also an extended dining area on the large balcony to enjoy the perfect sunrise and the captivating sunset.
With a floor to ceiling windows, there is an abundance of natural light to give the unit a very homey and comfy vibe while allowing guests to enjoy the sceneries outside.
In order to maximize guest relaxation and a positive experience, only high-quality sheets, linens, pillows and towels are provided for guest to use. We only provide a one time complimentary essential kit of tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and toilet paper.
Guests would have access to the building’s amenities like the pool, sauna, spa, a fully-equipped fitness centre and a steam room. We also provide one free underground parking spot so guests can feel safe that their vehicle is secure.
Given its central location, there is a multitude of restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment all within walking distance from the property and to top it all off, the famous Kurrawara Beach is just a block away. We highly encourage guests to drop by to experience the world-famous surfing spot in Queensland.
1. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations 28 days before check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in.
If you cancel within 28 days, a refund will only be provided if the property is rebooked for the same dates and rate, minus a $150 admin fee and any non-refundable credit card fees.
3. Identification Verification:
Upon booking, you must provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) and a selfie with the credit card used for the booking, showing the last 4 digits and the cardholder’s name.
If payment is made via direct debit, a selfie is not required.
4. Right to Cancel:
The property manager reserves the right to cancel any bookings, especially if the required ID and selfie verification is not provided or if the details do not match the booking information.
5. Additional Fees:
A cleaning fee will apply for stays longer than 28 days.
Credit card fees of 1.43% apply.
6. Noise and Events:
No loud noise, parties, or events of any kind are permitted. Guests under 25 are not allowed to book. Quiet hours are from 10 pm.
7. Security Call-Out Fees:
First call-out by security: $100 charge.
Second call-out: $500 charge and immediate eviction.
Neighbor complaints or calls to security/police will result in forfeiture of the bond and applicable charges.
If a security officer has concerns about noise or activities, they have the right to enter the property to ensure compliance with the booking contract.
Unauthorized guests will result in forfeiture of the entire bond and immediate eviction.
8. Pets:
Pets must be pre-approved and will incur a charge of $30 per night per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
You must clean up after your pets, or a $150 fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

9. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee to remove odors from the house and linens.
10. Cleanliness:
The property must be left in good condition, with furniture returned to its original position.
All rubbish must be disposed of in outside bins, and dishes must be washed and put away. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
11. Unauthorized Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made. Unauthorized guests will be charged $30 per person, per night.
12. Late Check-Out, Early check in:
Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. A $60 per hour fee will apply for delays without prior approval.
Early Check in from $60, we can only approve this the day before check in
13. Lock-Out Fees:
Lock-out fees start at $70 before 6 pm and increase to $150 after 6 pm.
14. Lost Keys and Fobs:
Charges for lost keys or fobs range from $50 to $200, depending on the item.
