“Perfectly positioned with beautiful views of Scarborough waterfront, and only a 30min drive to Brisbane city. Watch the kids play basketball across the road from the balcony, or enjoy a feast of fresh local seafood at the huge dining table. The views are breathtaking and everything you could need is a short walk away. Great for groups, the home sleeps 9 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 living areas. There is also a cot if needed as well as some extra little luxuries for our guests!
The home is spacious and comfortable with plenty of character. The water views are incredible, with access to the beach across the road. The home has everything you could need from ducted air conditioning to a gigantic bath tub. There is a queen bed, 2 double beds, a triple bunk bed and a portacot available.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage spaces for parking (parks 4!). All items in the home are provided for the convenience and enjoyment of guests.
Games, basketballs, 2x kayaks/paddle boards, astrology telescope, kids books and toys, all kitchen essentials and baby stroller and port-a-cot are provided for your use!
Make sure you bring swimmers!
If you are planning on having some downtime and relaxing around the home, there is no need for a car. Everything you would need is within a very short walking distance including restaurants, groceries and coffee shops.
An Uber from the airport is about $110-$150. Then, just walk! Footpaths are everywhere and take you past playgrounds, public toilets, bubblers and shops. You will want to spend most of your time outdoors in this stunning area!”
1. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations 28 days before check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in.
If you cancel within 28 days, a refund will only be provided if the property is rebooked for the same dates and rate, minus a $150 admin fee and any non-refundable credit card fees.
3. Identification Verification:
Upon booking, you must provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) and a selfie with the credit card used for the booking, showing the last 4 digits and the cardholder’s name.
If payment is made via direct debit, a selfie is not required.
4. Right to Cancel:
The property manager reserves the right to cancel any bookings, especially if the required ID and selfie verification is not provided or if the details do not match the booking information.
5. Additional Fees:
A cleaning fee will apply for stays longer than 28 days.
Credit card fees of 1.43% apply.
6. Noise and Events:
No loud noise, parties, or events of any kind are permitted. Guests under 25 are not allowed to book. Quiet hours are from 10 pm.
7. Security Call-Out Fees:
First call-out by security: $100 charge.
Second call-out: $500 charge and immediate eviction.
Neighbor complaints or calls to security/police will result in forfeiture of the bond and applicable charges.
If a security officer has concerns about noise or activities, they have the right to enter the property to ensure compliance with the booking contract.
Unauthorized guests will result in forfeiture of the entire bond and immediate eviction.
8. Pets:
Pets must be pre-approved and will incur a charge of $30 per night per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
You must clean up after your pets, or a $150 fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

9. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee to remove odors from the house and linens.
10. Cleanliness:
The property must be left in good condition, with furniture returned to its original position.
All rubbish must be disposed of in outside bins, and dishes must be washed and put away. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
11. Unauthorized Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made. Unauthorized guests will be charged $30 per person, per night.
12. Late Check-Out, Early check in:
Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. A $60 per hour fee will apply for delays without prior approval.
Early Check in from $60, we can only approve this the day before check in
13. Lock-Out Fees:
Lock-out fees start at $70 before 6 pm and increase to $150 after 6 pm.
14. Lost Keys and Fobs:
Charges for lost keys or fobs range from $50 to $200, depending on the item.
