This 4 bedroom (and media) 4 bathroom villa is perfect for families.
Beautifully-decorated large four-bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse is perfectly designed and has three small outdoor balconies complete with 2 of the bedrooms with canal views, the townhouse offers a beautiful private place to unwind, relax and enjoy the closeness of Surfers paradise and what it has to offer.
You’ll be greeted with a generous, open-plan living space that flows between a kitchen, A butler pantry, living and outdoor entertainment area with your own private pool.
Indoors you’ll find a dining table for 8 people , 2 lounges , smart TV ; while outside you’ll find an outdoor dining space and a BBQ (Please see notes)
The second level is where you’ll find four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a KING beds while the fourth bedroom features 2 single beds,. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
There is also a walk through shared bathroom with a shower, bath and a separate toilet for other guest.
As and addition downstairs there is a media room to watch movies or sporting events away from the main living area which can be used as the 5th bedroom (No door) would prefer for children only
The kitchen is fit with all you’ll need—including a dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave and all basic cooking utensils, a butlers pantry with a coffee machine.
Additional luxuries include secure parking for two cars, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
1. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations 28 days before check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in.
If you cancel within 28 days, a refund will only be provided if the property is rebooked for the same dates and rate, minus a $150 admin fee and any non-refundable credit card fees.
3. Identification Verification:
Upon booking, you must provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) and a selfie with the credit card used for the booking, showing the last 4 digits and the cardholder’s name.
If payment is made via direct debit, a selfie is not required.
4. Right to Cancel:
The property manager reserves the right to cancel any bookings, especially if the required ID and selfie verification is not provided or if the details do not match the booking information.
5. Additional Fees:
A cleaning fee will apply for stays longer than 28 days.
Credit card fees of 1.43% apply.
6. Noise and Events:
No loud noise, parties, or events of any kind are permitted. Guests under 25 are not allowed to book. Quiet hours are from 10 pm.
7. Security Call-Out Fees:
First call-out by security: $100 charge.
Second call-out: $500 charge and immediate eviction.
Neighbor complaints or calls to security/police will result in forfeiture of the bond and applicable charges.
If a security officer has concerns about noise or activities, they have the right to enter the property to ensure compliance with the booking contract.
Unauthorized guests will result in forfeiture of the entire bond and immediate eviction.
8. Pets:
Pets must be pre-approved and will incur a charge of $30 per night per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
You must clean up after your pets, or a $150 fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

9. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee to remove odors from the house and linens.
10. Cleanliness:
The property must be left in good condition, with furniture returned to its original position.
All rubbish must be disposed of in outside bins, and dishes must be washed and put away. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
11. Unauthorized Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made. Unauthorized guests will be charged $30 per person, per night.
12. Late Check-Out, Early check in:
Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. A $60 per hour fee will apply for delays without prior approval.
Early Check in from $60, we can only approve this the day before check in
13. Lock-Out Fees:
Lock-out fees start at $70 before 6 pm and increase to $150 after 6 pm.
14. Lost Keys and Fobs:
Charges for lost keys or fobs range from $50 to $200, depending on the item.
